Tournament Format & Rules:

 

Categories:

Singles, Doubles, and Mixed Doubles across age groups (19+, 35+, 50+, 60+)

Additional divisions: Singles 3.0 and under 50+, Any age gender & mixed doubles 3.0 and under, 3.0 to 4.0

Round Robin with Playoffs ensuring multiple games for all participants

Pool Play and Playoff Matches:

Games to 15 or 11, win by 2

Bronze & Gold medal matches: Best of three games to 11

Ranking Points System:

Gold: 100 pts, Silver: 80 pts, Bronze: 70 pts, and more!

Points accumulate for year-end championship rankings

Live Streaming: Select matches will be streamed online for global pickleball fans

Refund Policy:

Full Refund (minus Stripe fees) for cancellations before registration closes.

Medical Withdrawals: Full refund (minus Stripe fees and a $7.00 admin charge) with a valid medical certificate.

General Withdrawals: After registration closes, a $40 administration fee applies.

No Refunds once draws and times are published (3 days before the tournament), except for medical reasons.

Event Cancellation: No refunds will be provided if the tournament is canceled by the committee.
