Tournament Rules & Format:

Round Robin with Playoffs:
Pool play: Single game to 15 (win by 2) or single game to 11 (win by 2)
Playoff rounds: Single game to 15 (win by 2)
Bronze Medal Match: Best 2 out of 3 games to 11 (win by 2)
Gold Medal Match: Best 2 out of 3 games to 11 (win by 2)

Tournament director reserves the right to adjust brackets based on skill and age to ensure a competitive balance.

Easy Refunds: Full refunds available until registration closes (minus Stripe fees). Withdrawals after closing require a medical certificate for a full refund minus service charges.
No refunds after draws and schedules are published (unless a medical certificate is provided).
