Get ready for an exciting weekend of competitive play at the PCYC Grafton Pickleball Tournament, an event that welcomes all Pickleball Australia members (with Pickleball NSW members automatically eligible)! Join us from Friday, 13th June to Sunday, 15th June 2025 for a tournament that promises top-tier competition, a friendly atmosphere, and a chance to experience the best in indoor pickleball.

Event Schedule & Registration

Registration Opens:
Feb 20, 2025, at 8:00 AM AEST

Registration Ends:
May 23, 2025, at 11:00 PM AEST

Registration Cost:
AUD 60.00 (includes entry into one event)
Additional events: AUD 10 each (maximum of 3 events—one per day)

Tournament Dates:
Friday 13th June, Saturday 14th June, and Sunday 15th June 2025

 

Tournament Format & Rules

Event Categories:
Friday (13th June): Singles (afternoon session starting from 4:00 PM)
Saturday (14th June): Women's Doubles & Men's Doubles
Sunday (15th June): Mixed Doubles

 

Match Structure:

All events are played on 7 indoor pickleball courts.

Round Robin Games:

Games to 15 points (win by 2) if there are up to 5 teams
Games to 11 points (win by 2) if there are 6 or more teams
Every player is guaranteed a minimum of 3 games per event.
Referees will oversee all medal matches and other games when possible.

Rules:

Membership Requirement:
Participants must be a current, financial member of Pickleball Australia. If you’re not a member yet, you can join via the https://www.pickleballnsw.org/membership-registration page. To confirm your membership status, use the https://www.revolutionise.com.au/pickleballaus/member-finder/ .

Refund Policy:

Before Registration Closes:
Full refunds (minus transaction and service fees) for any withdrawal made prior to May 23, 2025.

After Draw Publication:
No refunds will be issued unless a valid medical certificate is provided.
